Sun-dried Tomato & Pesto Panini
Sun-dried Tomato Garlic Whip™
Ingredients
2 Slices Whole Grain Bread
1-2 Tablespoons Pesto
1-2 Tablespoons Layla’s Sun-dried Tomato Garlic Whip™
3 Tomato Slices
3-4 Slices Mozzarella
Directions
- Preheat a griddle or panini press to high, spray it lightly with olive oil
 - Spread one slice of bread with the post
 - Spread the other with Layla’s Sun-dried Tomato Garlic Whip™
 - Assemble the sandwich with tomato slices and mozzarella
 - Place the sandwich on the hot griddle or panini press and grill for 3 minutes or until nicely browned
 - Fight your instinct of putting it right into your mouth and let it wait to cool before enjoying!
